School Facilities Needs Analysis

School districts are required, on an annual basis, to prepare and have approved by the District's Board of Trustees, an annual School Facilities Needs Analysis in order to establish and charge fees to developers and home owners wishing to build new residential or commercial buildings. The fees are used to offset the impact of those new residential homes and/or commercial buildings.

Below are the current fees and most recent School Facilities Needs Analysis for Mountain View School District.
